Version 2.0 of PixCompare for iOS available

PixCompare

PixCompare V2.0 is a major rewrite of PixCompare – focusing on cleaner and easier useability. There is basically just one button that you have to press to initiate search and use the app.

With the release, we also decided to change the business modell of PixCompare. Instead of a free download with an in-app purchase, we are now charging $0.99 right from the start.

New Version of PixCompare and PixVeew

Both applications were updated, among other things, support for 10.11 (El Capitan) was improved. See PixCompare and PixVeew on lakehorn.com.

For PixVeew, I’ve decided to remove the “Plus Mode” In-App purchase. In the 6 months I’ve had this feature, about 60 users actually payed for this upgrade.  This does not add up for me. The additional effort is not worth the earnings in any way. Therefore, I’ve removed the In-App purchase and activated all features in the basic mode, i.e. unlimited printing and recompressing.

I want to sincerely thank the 60 people who chose to pay for the “Plus Mode”. You still made a difference! Together with the 4000+ users, this justifies the continuation of the development of PixVeew. New features and versions will be available in the future. If you have any specific request or idea, contact me!
